INTRODUCTION
Based on the needs of both interns and host organisations, traineeships can be carried out either in person or remotely.
Read through this page carefully to understand the procedures to follow, and remember: everything you do must first be approved by your university supervisor.

INTERNSHIP HOURS

LCII – Languages for Intercultural Communication track: 150 hours (6 ECTS credits for students from the 2022–2023 cohort onward)

LCII – Languages for Business track: 150 hours (6 ECTS credits)
Note:
Students who enrolled up to the 2021–2022 academic year can earn 1 additional point on their final degree grade by completing 25 extra internship hours beyond the required total.
WHAT IS AN INTERNSHIP?
The internship is a formative experience directly tied to your academic programme and career goals. It is scheduled for the 3rd year of the programme.
Internship opportunities are structured to best support the development of language skills and are available in the following sectors:

Tourism: including hotels, resorts, and tourist offices

Culture: such as publishing houses, radio stations, museums, research institutes, as well as cultural festivals, fairs, and international events

Business: especially companies with international relations
-
Education: public and private schools at all levels
-
Third sector and NGOs: including organisations involved in intercultural mediation and social services
